**Service Deli Assistant - New World Halswell**

New World Halswell, located in Halswell Christchurch, is a dynamic and customer-focused supermarket dedicated to providing an exceptional shopping experience where people are at the heart of everything that we do. We have an exciting opportunity in our Service Deli Department, and we are looking for someone to join our team to assist with our team in the Service Deli

**The key responsibilities of these positions include**:

- Preparing and cooking fresh food, meats, fish and chickens
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 20kg
- Maintaining stock levels and presentation standards
- Implementation of Food and Health and Safety requirements, include record-keeping of temperatures and cleaning
- Maintaining hygiene and cleanliness standards of the department
- Flexibility to work additional hours and cover busy trading periods

- Physical fitness and a high level of personal presentation
- Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail

- Great communication and time management skills with the willingness to learn

**The hours for the role are**:
Monday: 4.00pm-8.00pm

Saturday: 1.00pm-9.00pm
