Permanent, full-time role, Monday to Friday 7.30am-4.00pm

**About the Role**

**Key skills and responsibilities**:
We need a driven and well organised individual who has strong communication skills and attention to detail, ideally with a background in logistics/scheduling, from planning through to delivery. Liaising with internal team members, installers and suppliers, no two days are the same in this fast-paced role. A forklift licence is advantageous but not necessary, all training will be provided.
- Collaborating with installers to establish and maintain strong working relationships.
- Liaise with installers, clients and internal staff as required to ensure installations are completed in the required timeframes, to the client’s complete satisfaction.
- Provide accurate communication externally and internally on project statuses and maintaining effective client relations
- Support Operations Manager to ensure a seamless installation process:

- Coordinate daily installer workflow
- Check stock will be on time for installation and follow up as/when required
- Check/follow up plans and work orders from the sales tema
- Strong administrative and Microsoft Office skills desired
