**What will you do?**

At Ryman it's about delighting our customers. We have a full time Sales Advisor position available working Monday to Friday, with some weekends in addition as needed to show people through the village, host open days and support our community sponsorships. You will work in our beautiful Hilda Ross Retirement Village in Hamilton.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Offering wonderful retirement living options for purchase (licence to occupy) for independent and serviced apartments
- Communicating with prospective residents the benefits of choosing Ryman Healthcare, New Zealand's leader in the Retirement industry
- Building relationships and turning leads into completed sales
- Supporting the local community through sponsorships and facilitating events
- Arranging and coordinating functions and events to show case your fabulous village
- Managing the surrender process with kindness
- Actioning the refurbishment process in a timely manner with attention to detail

- You will have previous sales experience
- You have a good understanding of older people and their ever changing needs
- You are a confident communicator with good public speaking skills
- You embrace new technology and are able to use a customer database management system (full training will be provided)
