**_The Opportunity;_**

We're on the hunt for TWO new Supervisors to join our Tauranga Team, reporting to our Rotorua Depot. This is role is a 4on-4off roster basis. These roles exist to supervise our drivers to ensure we maintain a level of service, quality and safety that consistently meets and exceeds our customers’ expectations. This role is crucial to help our operations operate safely and smoothly.

Ritchies is one of New Zealand’s leading transport companies. We partner with a number of regional councils across the country to supply public transport services as well as offering a range of bus and coach hire services to schools, businesses and the general public. We’ve been making sure the people in our communities get where they need to be safely, in comfort and on time for over 80 years.

**_ About You;_**

You’re looking for a change, you want to work for a company that values your skills and work ethic and you’re ready to make the move Ideally you've had experience in the transport sector and hold a clean and current class 1 license. However, if you're motivated, organized, tech savvy and a good communicator whom is looking for the next step into a supervisory role
