Driver/storeperson

**The Opportunity** We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Storeperson/Driver to join our Dulux Specialized Construction Products branch in Tauranga. This is a permanent full-time position, working 40 hours per week. Your working hours will be 7am - 4pm Monday - Friday. As a Delivery Driver you will work as part of a team and, autonomously, providing service and support to our range of customers. You’ll enjoy variety of work and have the potential to learn new skills and grow within our expanding business. You will help in the store when delivery duties are complete. A Full NZ Driver Licence is required, and delivery driver experience is essential. **Primary duties include**: - Develop strong working relationships with depot/agencies - Manual handling - Ensure high levels of customer service are maintained - Load and unload product - Drive vehicle in order to transport materials to and from specified destinations in an orderly and timely manner whilst obeying the relevant road rules - Read maps and follow written and verbal geographic directions - Verify the contents of inventory loads against purchase orders and or delivery dockets - Maintain records such as vehicle logs, records of cargo, or billing statements in accordance with regulations and report any faults with the vehicle to management **Secondary duties include**: - Cash handling / EFTPOS - Accurately mix and tint paint - Assist in maintaining stock levels - Comply with safety standards **Our Place**: With a rich history spanning more than a century, we are home to some of Australia and New Zealand’s most trusted and iconic brands.
