Rowe Motors is leading the way in the transportation industry, with well-established experience and a great team. Well known in the Bay for their ability to provide all-inclusive services in recovery and transport, due to high demand, we are now looking for a Vehicle Recovery Driver to join the team with an immediate start possible. With a large and fully equipped workshop, a minimum of 47.5 hours per week on offer, and a supportive, fun, friendly team, this is a great role for the right person.

**Key duties include**:

- Providing vehicle recovery for our customers as directed
- Responding to callouts promptly when rostered
- Being the first point of contact for customers who are in distress and need assistance with vehicle collection
- Completing job cards ensuring all relevant details are obtained before leaving depot to provide roadside assistance
- Dealing with police and emergency services and assist insurance companies and assessors in regards to crashed or impounded vehicles held in possession

**Ideally, we are after someone with**:

- Class 2 full licence (essential)
- High level of physical fitness
- Excellent communication skills, and ability to relate well to others
- Flexibility, we are a 24-7 operation
- Proven industry experience and a V endorsement would be an advantage
- Basic mechanical knowledge would be an advantage, but not essential

It’s important you demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage time well. A focus on health and safety is important as well as being personable, taking pride in your work and providing top-notch customer service. You must be able to pass a preliminary police check. Work hours are a guaranteed minimum of 47.5 hours per week, with a gross hourly rate being offered between $25 - $30 hour.
