**The role**
Reporting to the Delivery Manager, you’ll be responsible for advising Landowners, Developers, Third party and other Contractors on restrictions to land use caused by the corridors act.
This role will also see you:
- Deal with Landowners issues/queries regarding EMF and NZECP34
- Prepare regular reports on work achieved
- Arrange/conduct cable stand-over duties
- Carry out audits on work carried out to ensure compliance with the Act is consistent
- Deal with complaints/conflict professionally and with empathy to achieve the required outcome for both the Landowner and Transpower
- Proactively make business improvement suggestions related to safety; work practices, procedures or standards where appropriate

**Who we’re looking for**
Ideally you’ll have some knowledge and experience on the Transpower Network. Some understanding of civil work and how cables function. You’ll also need to have the ability to organise and plan own workload while delivering positive outcomes without compromising health and safety.
- Other skills and experience preferred, below:
- Transmission industry experience, dealing with Stakeholders and/or relevant substation experience
- E1 or E2 other industry qualifications
- Excellent communication skills (Written & Oral)
- Computer literate
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience working in a multi-cultural environment
- A strategic thinker with the ability to solve problems and make decisions
- Ability to motivate and influence others while demonstrating integrity and trust
