On top of our premium meat restaurant, our awesome garden bar opens over the weekend and we're ready to rock out a late night From private parties to unbelievable DJ's - Engineers is the place to be each week

The Role*
This position is about pumping out the best drinks across the bar in the most efficient manner. You are responsible for serving up drinks, shaken or stirred until the early hours of the morning
Your main responsibilities include:

- Greeting customers
- Making cocktails, coffees, shots etc
- Assisting the sales manager as requires
- Setting up the bar for busy periods and completing the opening / closing systems

**Skills / Experience**
- A passion for making drinks and experiences
- A professional approach to handling different situations
- Someone who is fun We love giving our customers a great experience
- Energy and enthusiasm for each and every job you do
