The Manager of Strategy and Business Support (SBS) is a critical component and member to the Ministerial Services Leadership team. They deliver strategic leadership, team management and regular strategic advice to support the Minister Responsible for Ministerial Services, to our General Manager and to wider Ministerial Services teams.
Oversight and management of the business planning and performance monitoring functions are core tasks the SBS team provide to ensure Ministerial Services has the capability, systems and processes to deliver service excellence to its customers.
Leading a team that is able to adapt and support priorities, you will work across Ministerial Services to lead the group's annual strategic and business planning processes, public accountability and corporate reporting responsibilities. A key function of the role is driving improvement initiatives to build the capability and performance of Ministerial Services and its people.
The role of Manager Strategy and Business Support provides multiple opportunities to engage with senior leaders, while working with a range of critical stakeholders to ensure advice is well informed and risk aware.
