Our client is looking for a highly motivated and experienced.NET Developer Team Lead to join their growing team. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers, designing and implementing software solutions, and ensuring the overall quality of the team's work. You will work closely with project managers, product owners, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of software solutions using.NET technologies.
- Work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders in an Agile environment
- Plan and manage project timelines and resources, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Ensure the overall quality of the team's work, including code reviews, testing, and debugging.
- Mentor and coach team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and recommend new tools and practices to improve the team's productivity and efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in.NET development, with a strong understanding of C#, ASP.NET, and related technologies.
- Intimate understanding of the full SDLC, Agile principles and processes, Product Development and Service Delivery
- Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with cloud-based solutions and DevOps practices is a plus.
