Our clients, Pacificvet Limited are market leaders in the supply of vaccines and veterinary products to the poultry industries in New Zealand and the South Pacific. A key point of difference is their strong focus on customer service, ensuring the supply of products is well supported by technical advice and diagnostic services.

Reporting to the company’s Advisory Board and Business Manager, the Technical Services Manager manages a broad range of customer relationships working closely with customers’ technical and operations teams to ensure the consistent delivery of quality advice and technical support. Key customers include all the major poultry producers across NZ and the South Pacific regions. Along with the supply of vaccines Pacificvet also provides a full range of diagnostic laboratory services. This role is responsible for promoting an extensive range of market leading products and the supply of value-added advice and services, as well as some product management functions, developing marketing & product information and delivering training to further strengthen the relationship of Pacificvet with its customers.
