About the Role: This newly created role will see you join the Tumu Support team based at Tumu Napier. You will provide professional and accurate operational support to the six Tumu stores, including:

- Providing supplier rebate reviews and reporting
- Supporting business systems and operational compliance & reporting
- Providing ERP system (Maxim) operational support to all Tumu users
- Providing support to Tumu Store Managers and Administration support staff
- Maintaining a high level of customer service What are U aiming for? Key and ideal attributes for the role are:

- A positive ‘can-do’ attitude
- Proven ability to build and maintain awesome relationships with our clients, our team and our supplier partners. Having knowledge of stock and ERP systems would be an advantage
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability & confidence to be firm (where necessary), fair and friendly
- Solutions focus when dealing with challenging situations
- Sound computer skills (Excel and Word would be an advantage)
- Good attention to detail
- Enthusiastic, fun and able to fit in with our experienced & dedicated team
- Willing to take on new challenges as the role evolves
- Ability to provide business support that exceeds expectations
- Proven excellent organisational and communication skills with the ability to plan forecast and juggle competing demands under pressure. Time management skills will be key
- Proven ability to train others
