Auckland City, New Zealand Fletcher Major Projects Full time

We are looking for a BIM Modeller for the Eastern Busway Alliance.

The purpose of this role is to assist in the implementation of the Digital Engineering Execution Plan by creating models, modelling details, and preparing files/models to be Consumed by the DE team and other alliance members.

**Key tasks and duties to be performed**:

- Develop 3D models to support the Alliance works, this includes but is not limited to models for the Construction, Design, Consenting, Customer and Community, and Auckland Transport workstreams within the Alliance
- Modelling details for parts of the Alliance works e.g. design & temporary works
- Preparing models to be used for 4D visualizations
- Create, maintain, and update a federated model
- Produce and manage documents for the BIM department along with any other information required to be extracted and shared with stakeholders
- Develop and maintain libraries for the modelling softwares
- Provide the required exchange formats from the models
- Any other work tasks requested by the BIM specialist

**What we are looking for**
- Degree in engineering or a related discipline
- 2-5 years of experience in the civil works, construction, and infrastructure industry with exposure to site and construction activities in general and temporary works
- Demonstrated capability of professionally using software suites like Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks and Inventor, or Tekla Structures
- Modelling using Sketchup is an advantage
- Knowledge of 12d model and Trimble Business Centre is beneficial
- Understanding the ISO 19650 guidelines and other BIM standards like the New Zealand BIM Handbook
- Ability to manage your own time to meet deadlines
- Working proficiency in oral and written English

The Eastern Busway Alliance Project is a 5-year alliance project constructing a dedicated, congestion-free busway between Panmure, Pakuranga and Botany town centres. This Alliance project will be delivered by Fletcher Construction, Acciona, AECOM and Jacobs.

**Application Process**
- Based in Auckland - this is a full time, permanent role working a minimum of 40 hours to a maximum of 50 hours per week. Competitive salary on offer between $110k-$135k._
