We currently have an opportunity for a BIM Coordinator to join our team in Auckland.

**Duties**:

- Develop and manage 3D models to support temporary and permanent works
- Produce and manage design and modelling documentation and deliverables
- Develop associated modelling information such as earthworks and excavation sequencing, construction sequencing and construction methodology.
- Develop, utilise and maintain modelling libraries.
- Prepare documentation and presentation material for pre-qualifications, bids and projects including visualisations
- Provide feedback to the design and project personnel on construction details and technical documentation
- Assist the Engineering, bid and delivery teams in the use of digital modelling techniques and software

**Qualifications**:

- Relevant Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or related discipline
- Post graduate experience in an engineering or Surveying environment - civil or rail experience highly sought
- Technical and critical thinker that is passionate about technology
