**The Opportunity**

This is an opportunity for a talented individual who has considerable knowledge around Revit MEP, BIM, and interest in Digital Engineering, primarily aligned with industry best practices and Autodesk Revit workflows. Our BIM and Digital Engineering division is expanding, and you will be part of a small collaborative team tasked with developing Revit MEP content and template management for our design teams. You will be supported with expertise from our Digital Delivery and Engineering teams, who will guide and mentor your BIM & Digital Engineering career with us. This opportunity requires a high level of critical thinking and communication skills to interact with our internal teams.

You will undertake a core role in our team and business as **BIM Content Manager/Specialist**, and you will be responsible for (but not limited to) the assessment of existing content, parametric family development, maintenance and deployment of Revit MEP Families and Templates. You will work closely with our Digital Delivery and Engineering teams to improve existing content development and management processes.

**The role**
- Strong and proven understanding of Revit MEP content management, template development, workflow creation and implementation across an organization
- Strong and proven understanding of Revit MEP content creation and template maintenance
- Ability to understand and implement the use of formulas to drive parametric values in families
- Strong management capabilities relating to BIM standards development, implementation and enforcement on all related BIM projects, files, and evaluation of project models
- Ability to support project teams relating to Revit MEP modelling challenges and be in the acting role as the main point of contact for content challenges
- Train and coach project teams on digital design best practices and workflows
- Ability to assess and communicate new process and technology considerations
- Willingness to further develop your digital skillset.

**Advantageous**
- Familiar with Revitzo, Navisworks Manage, Coordination Workflows and Template Development
- Familiar with Revit API
- Familiar with Dynamo Scripting for Task Automation which would lead to the improvement of content management workflows
