**Mō te tangata | About you**

We have a great opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team. Reporting to the Property and Fleet team leader, you will support the business to coordinate administrative functions to ensure the efficient and effective provision of property and fleet services within Waikato Regional Council.

You will enjoy undertaking key tasks of the role, including:

- Developing policies and processes to support the property and fleet services function. Including providing training to staff.
- Providing responses and effective resolutions to staff enquiries and feedback.
- Maintenance of building security and fleet services.
- Day to day administration of tasks related to the maintenance of Council’s property and fleet, including contracting and management of suppliers.

**Mō te tūranga | About the role**

As a property and fleet coordinator, you will be responsible for:

- All safety, cleaning, compliance, and servicing requirements for vehicles and property assets.
- Developing collateral, web content, policies and processes to support the property and fleet service function.
- Leading engagement with staff across the Waikato region, including regular site visits and inspections.
- Investigating and responding to public and stakeholder enquiries including reporting from the service portal. This includes conducting investigations of complaints and determining whether corrective actions are required.
- Monitoring and analysing fleet and property patterns and prepare monthly reporting as required.

**Mō ngā pūkenga | Qualifications and experience**
- A minimum of National Diploma/Certificate Level 4 or equivalent skills and experience.
- 3 - 5 years’ experience in and administration role.
- Previous experience ideally in property and fleet.
- Be skilled at establishing excellent working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. High level of computer skills including using Microsoft products.
