We are looking for an exceptional Coordinator to join our Business Development team. In this role you will provide essential administrative expertise and assistance to the Business Development team by helping with the coordination of workstreams pertaining to opportunities, proposals, and business development.

**About the role**:

- Support Bid Advisors/Specialists in the delivery of bids/proposals e.g. source content, update proposal documents and complete required forms (e.g. company information, policies, insurances).
- Maintain the Winning Work intranet site.
- Ensuring bid documents meet T+T's brand guidelines and formatting requirements.
- Undertake a range of administrative tasks at the direction of the team.

- Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload
- Thrive in a busy work environment, and ability to work to deadlines
- 1-3+ years' coordination experience
- Marketing or Communications or Administration? equivalent qualification, is desired but not necessary?
- Exceptional organisational skills and detail oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven background in coordination, bid and tender submissions would be great but not a deal breaker
- Understanding of and a commitment to upholding T+T's values (Everyone Matters, Empowered to Deliver, Excellence Everyday)
