**The Role**:
Our client is seeking an experienced Programme/ Project Coordinator, to work across an exciting and complex piece of work. The programme will see you delivering on a cyber security roll-out across the business.

In this role you will be supporting a Programme Manager, ensuring that all administrative systems are exceptionally effective and organised. Your role will support a highly functional ICT project delivery team and will involve everything from programme coordination, reporting and organising activities across the team.

Your unique contribution is to enable teams to work efficiently and successfully to deliver on strategic and operational programmes in a mature agile environment.

**Key Skills and Experience**
- 5 + years experience as a Project or Programme Coordinator
- Experience working within an Agile environment
- Previous experience in large enterprise environments would be beneficial
- The confidence to liaise with all levels of the organisation
- The initiative to be comfortable suggesting opportunities for improvement
- Great attention to detail and even better organisational skills
- Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
- Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings.
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings
- Financial Services experience advantageous
