The Customer Service Representative is also responsible for updating and monitoring all field service jobs in Salesforce, providing customer key metrics reports, and tracking the call system.

**What You'll Do**:

- Create and allocate all service jobs Salesforce to relevant field technicians within agreed timeframes
- Scheduling and allocation of all sales-related jobs to the correct technician in conjunction with the Service manager's calendars.
- Close off all Manual and Task finished jobs daily and ensure any relevant information is captured and passed to the correct parties.
- Reporting and Monitoring of Service Calls, Open call reports, Contract reports for Service, and ad-hoc non-contract Billing reports as requested. Raise Purchase orders for the Service team if and when required.
- Assist with requests from the business for assistance with general upkeep within the Office e.g. ordering stock, replenishing kitchen and office supplies.

**What We're Looking For**:

- 2 years of proven experience in Customer Support & Administration.
- Basic to intermediate experience with Microsoft Office, and Salesforce and adaptable to learning additional software programs when needed.
- Experience working within a team environment.
- Gaming machine operations knowledge/experience is desirable though training will be provided.
