We celebrate people who embrace our values and BIG AMBITIONS and the opportunity is here now for a Account Director to join our team in Auckland. **The Opportunity - Account Director** The Account Director in Greenhouse's Account Management team is responsible for managing client projects from brief to completion, with financial accountabilty for those projects under their remit. They will assist in driving opportunity and revenue across the Countdown portfolio. With responsibility for solving clients’ business problems, they will work closely with Strategy, Creative and Production teams. **A snapshot of what you'll do -** - Management of fully integrated campaigns leveraging all disciplines including advertising and digital communications - Organises project resource, ensure tasks are completed within scope and timings and budget (work with Operations and Producer roles) - Identifies, anticipates and communicates any risk and scope issues to client/partners - Leads projects and oversees management of timelines, WIPs, job numbers and estimates - Marks off against mid to snr level Clients, developing a strong, trusted and respectful relationship with each Client - Gains a deep understanding of the Countdown business and delivers over & above - Develops a sound understanding of the category; anticipates potential competitive threats or opportunities - Accurate and timely estimation of project costs & management of job profitability - Management of the JDRs and acts as point of escalation when required - Resolve resource/cost issues on projects in collaboration with immediate manager - Plus, much more our Talent Team will share the full job description in the interview stage **SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES** - An influencer - able to take people on a journey, to achieve buy-in across critical issues - Collaborator: Ability to work as a team and for the benefit of the team - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - a confident, credible presenter - Seeks Simplicity: Always looking for a better, efficient approach - Flexible: Pragmatic, responsive; not dogmatic - Understands all opinions, but has a definitive personal view - Perfectionist: Good isn’t good enough.
