You'll manage collections calls, handle inquiries, and follow clear guidelines to achieve the best outcomes for both 2degrees and our customers. Every conversation is a chance to resolve disputes, collaborate with internal teams and debt collection agencies, and identify ways to improve our processes. Success in this role means meeting key performance targets, minimising bad debt, and delivering a positive customer experience - even in challenging situations.
