As a Team Leader in our Citizen and Customer Services unit, you will:

- Lead, develop and maintain a clear purpose for your team of Customer Service Representatives
- Ensure high-quality, consistent and effective customer service is being delivered to the community, through our many channels of interaction
- Monitor, coach and support your team to ensure they are able to consistently achieve business objectives, priorities and outputs
- Actively contribute to building a positive, engaging team culture

- Have practical experience as a leader in a Customer Service environment within a large, complex organisation
- Have a positive mindset with the drive to succeed
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and have the ability to establish strong working relationships across various levels

**_ Salary: $95,514 - $113,202_**

**_ Location: This position is primarily based at Te Hononga Civic Offices, 53 Hereford Street_**
