We're looking for an energetic and forward-thinking Demand and Supply Planning Manager to take charge of our supply chain operations and keep our products flowing smoothly. Job Description

S&OP PROCESS LEADERSHIP

  • Lead and coordinate the monthly S&OP process, ensuring alignment across sales, marketing, operations, and finance.
  • Drive continuous improvement and implement best practices to enhance the process.
  • Use advanced planning tools and analytics to improve forecasting accuracy and streamline operations. 
  • Collaborate with Finance to ensure alignment with financial targets and performance metrics.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to guarantee smooth execution and timely delivery.  

DEMAND & SUPPLY PLANNING

  • Develop and maintain an 18-month rolling demand plan using statistical models and market insights.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to incorporate trends, promotions, and customer feedback into forecasts.
  • Leverage advanced analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence to enhance forecasting accuracy and supply chain optimisation.
  • Optimise inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing costs and waste.
  • Align planning requirements with HQ Operations, replenishment, and logistics teams. 

PROCESS IMPROVEMENT

  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to align plans and streamline processes.
  • Analyse KPIs to identify opportunities for supply chain efficiency and forecasting accuracy.
  • Develop risk mitigation strategies and ensure supply chain resilience. 

VISIBILITY ITEMS MANAGEMENT

  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to plan, order, store, and distribute Visibility Items.
  • Ensure inventory levels support business goals while staying within budget.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, with expertise in S&OP and process optimisation.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in demand planning tools (e.g., SAP/APO) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive operational improvements.
  • Knowledge of the FMCG industry and advanced forecasting technologies.
