We are looking for a Senior Administrator to join our Project Services Hub and support the Head of Projects NZ and Digital Practice Lead.

What will you do?

You’ll bring your senior administration experience and ability to support a team to be the pillar for our Project Services Hub as they support the wider business. In addition to traditional administrative tasks such as meeting minutes and action points, diary management and document production, you will provide:

- An interface between the PSH and Digital teams
- Operational support to keep the team on track and meeting deadlines
- Project administration, including reporting and project system updates
- Digital team support, including comms, planning and conversation capture
- Travel bookings and expenses
- Potential leadership of other admin support

Most importantly, we'd like you to work with us to grow this role into what works for you, and the two Leaders that you'd be working closest with.

To be successful in this role you will:

- Bring your personality to work, demonstrate an ability to positively manage upwards and complement our team
- Show an eagerness to learn new skills and be able to tackle multiple priorities
- Demonstrate your attention to detail and accuracy
- Have a proven track record with administrative tasks and be an advanced user of the Microsoft suite
- Help us achieve our milestones. Deadlines - they don't phase you
- Form strong working relationships This will be an area of strength for you and will allow you to become a trusted partner by the Leaders you will support.
