**About The Role**
Manage and arrange the training of learners in the Canterbury area passionate about the Agriculture sector while supporting their progress and assessing their learning.
In this role you would:
- Be a people-focused person with a passion for building strong working connections in the agriculture sector.
- Visit businesses and proactively markets Primary ITO to prospective employers and learners
- Work alongside learners and employers to identify training needs and assist with developing training plans to assist their progression in the industry.
- Conduct learner visits to support and meet their skill development
**Skills & Experience**
- Knowledge/experience in the Agriculture sector. Equivalent qualifications desired but not required.
- Sales training and/or customer focused experience
- Previous experience in workplace assessments
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent time management, planning, and organisation skills
- Excellent communication, both written and verbally, and relationship building skills
Understanding of education or on-the-job training would be beneficial.

The Agriculture and Horticulture team plays a vital role in supporting the organisation to train thousands of learners every year as we understand that people are the key to ensuring a prosperous and sustainable New Zealand.
