This Service Advisor position is a full-time position has come available, which offers the chance to work with New Zealand’s most popular vehicle brand. Dealing with a variety of people every day, the successful applicant will enjoy working within a great company atmosphere, focused on customer service and achievement of department goals.

Reporting to the Service Manager, the key responsibilities of this role include greeting all customers at the service reception, advising customers on their service and repair options, booking the service technicians work and invoicing repair work carried out. Experience in an automotive background is an advantage but not essential as full training will be provided to the successful person.

All applicants will need to have the right to work in New Zealand and hold a full and clear New Zealand driver's licence.

Our business revolves around customer service so the successful applicant will have this in the top of their mind always, be well presented, friendly, confident, able to think outside the square, be a competent computer user, and able to do all of the above in a busy environment
