Platforms and products initiatives are underway with capability building to fuel these initiatives happening in parallel. The existing team has some of the skills but new blood is sought to reframe perspectives and lead areas that are brand new. Here’s where you come in.

**Your role**:
Lead the vision, platform roadmap, implementation and execute the strategy for their digital platforms. Provide and enable customer-centred technology, through:

- ** Platform Leadership**:Champion contemporary thinking and behaviors for infrastructure and platforms and create strategy, planning & operational models
- ** People Management & Leadership**: Growth and management of your new team of 30+ people across delivery, analysis & ops and their professional development
- ** Delivery Management**:Delivery framework creation leading to tracking strategic / tactical milestones and orchestrate through your team leads and relationships with other parts of the business and vendors
- ** Portfolio Governance**:Own special projects & optimising existing systems while allocating investment for new initiatives
- ** Technology strategy**: Dream and define a rallying vision, garner insights and knowledge to build confidence in marriage of product thinking and technology
- ** Commercial & Financial Management**: Manage the budget for Cloud and Platforms Product function, including forecasting, financial analysis & revenue generation

**Your fit**:
Digital transformation champion and leader. You’ll enjoy the opportunity to manage cross-functional teams and collaborate with the leadership team to drive the change and adoption of new technology in the business. You will have embarked on these kinds of journeys and changes before and have a few battle scars from a history in some form of engineering and technology operation.
