We are looking for a strong coordinator that has experience in HR/Recruitment or an administrator with an interest and affinity for HR that wants to join a trusted business that is recognised for their expertise.

This is your chance to get your foot in the door to work with a sizable and successful corporate HR team. You will be a great team player and have the capability of working autonomously. This is a great role that offers you variety and development as you work closely with a supportive team.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Preparing employment contracts, variations and letters
- Recruitment administration, references and background checks
- Maintaining new hire and employee information
- Managing immigration and visa processes for employees
- Provide reporting for the HR team when required
- Answering HR general enquiries
- Maintain HR policies and procedures
- Organising orientations, training sessions, and performance reviews

**In addition to the above you will have**:

- Precious experience in an HR role is advantageous but not essential
- Systems savvy
- Personable, hard-working and flexible attitude
- Great attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Preferably Experience working in a similar role
- Confident in dealing with people
- Highly organised
- Ability to work in a fast-moving environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong MS office skills
