As a Regional Field Manager,you will effectively manage a team of 6 field sales representatives in NZ’s Lower North Island and South Island ensuring the delivery of key sales KPI’s including Net Revenue and Profit via activation of Reckitt sales plans. You will work closely with the Customer Account Sales Team & National Field Sales Manager to ensure KPIs for the business are met at a store level.

**In this role, you’ll**
- Coach and develop a high performing team made up of 6 field sales representatives.
- Deliver Reckitt sales KPIs across grocery and alternate channels aligned with Head Office targets
- Manage the dissemination and tracking of key KPIs to the field sales team on a weekly basis
- Monitor and review team call cycle plans to ensure the best ROI (Return of Investment) is delivered for Reckitt,
- Manage day to day operational budget and field trade spend in line with Company Budgets and Strategies.
- Support and host quarterly sales cycle meetings
- Conduct regular field visits to ensure Reckitt representation in store is as per aligned plans and expectations.
- Monitor KPI’s for Reckitt including Sales, Distribution and Activation targets.
- Create store performance presentations and conduct quarterly store review meetings to track progress against KPI’s, address concerns or activate against identified opportunities.
- Engage with 3rd party merchandising partners on a quarterly basis to review overall merchandising performance within defined territory
