**About the role**

Join our team as a Solution Architect and play a pivotal role in designing and implementing innovative solutions that align with our business objectives. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, secure, and optimised architectures that drive value and strategic decision-making. In this role you will get exposure right across the business working on exciting and diverse programmes.

In this role you will;
- Lead the development of fit-for-purpose solutions that align with business requirements.
- Collaborate with Enterprise Architects and Project teams for strategic alignment.
- Work closely with Engineers, Data Scientists, and IT to implement and maintain infrastructure.
- Produce high-quality documentation for solution designs.
- Provide technical guidance and consultancy services to internal teams

**Please note we have a permanent position as well as a 2-year fixed term contract available.**

**About you**:
We are looking for a high-energy influencer and skilled Solution Architect with a strong background in architecture, who is passionate about leveraging technology to drive business value.
- Extensive experience in solution architecture working on large complex projects or programmes of work.
- A proven track record of solving complex problems related to management and architecture.
- Passionate about leveraging technology to drive business value
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Experience with implementing workday into an integrated landscape will be a must have for our fixed term opportunity.
