**What we look for in a Customer Services Officer**:
**Key responsibilities include**:

- Adhering to company national standards of service excellence at all times
- Data entry
- Assisting in operational and admin duties like freight-sorting, scanning, reporting, etc.
- Hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 8.00am - 4.00pm and rostered Saturdays 7.45am - 11.00am (approximately 1 in 3)_
**Key attributes**
- Results-driven with natural problem-solving skills
- Understanding that complaints are opportunities to build better customer experiences
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent data entry skills and experienced with Microsoft Office
- People-person; great listening skills; can build rapport with customers and colleagues

**All applicants will be required to provide proof of their eligibility to work in New Zealand and undertake pre-employment screening including a criminal history check and drug test.
