Engineering New Zealand Te Ao Rangahau is the professional home for engineers in New Zealand. As a membership organisation and the Registration Authority for Chartered Professional Engineers, we represent more than 22,000 members from graduates through to experts in their field. **About the role | Kōrero mō te tūranga**
You’ll play an integral role in supporting our small team with a variety of tasks. You will take a leadership role in the scheduling, promotion and delivery of professional development activities.

Key aspects of the role include:

- Logistical support - booking rooms, travel, accommodation, equipment
- Liaising with presenters to ensure their expectations are managed and met
- Working closely with the marketing team to ensure the promotion of campaigns and events
- Data analysis

To be successful in this role, you’ll be a great team player who takes pride in their ability to keep others on track and navigate unexpected issues with ease and understanding.

Amongst your key strengths will be:

- Great organisational skills with accuracy and an attention to detail

- A terrific work ethic with a positive, can-do attitude
- The ability to work effectively with people at all levels
