We are looking for someone to join our team in the role of Parts Administrator.
This is an exciting opportunity for the right person to become part of a successful and growing company, and to work alongside a very experienced, passionate, and dedicated team.
The Parts Administrator role is a junior / entry level position so no experience is necessary and you don’t need prior knowledge of automotive parts.
You will be involved with taking orders for parts from customers, other garages and the workshop. You will get along with people from all backgrounds and will be someone who naturally goes the extra mile
To be successful in this role - you will have good computer skills and be an organized person You will understand the importance of following process and be naturally able to do this. You will enjoy interacting with customers and most importantly you will have initiative the drive to learn
We offer ongoing training, including becoming a qualified parts and accessories advisor and the opportunity to progress within the company.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm with some rostered Saturdays.
Applicants for this position must have NZ residency.
