**About the Role**:
As an Assistant Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth daily operation of the Housekeeping department. You will work closely with your Housekeeping Manager and Director of Rooms to maintain the high standard of appearance that is required, this includes in the suites, public area’s and back of house. You will work in a professional environment which includes a clear career progression pathway.

**Some of the responsibilities include**:

- Coordination and monitoring of all Housekeeping activities
- Ensure all employees attend and complete required training, meetings or other scheduled activities as required
- Daily allocations of rooms and duties.
- Supervision of all training of staff.
- Have full availability to work a 7-day rotating roster
- Have a natural eye for detail when it comes to cleanliness and the overall operations of housekeeping
- Ability to build a connection with the team

**Qualifications**:
**Qualifications**
- Minimum 3 years’ related management experience in 5-star, luxury hotel industry
- A strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational / time-management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
