In this pivotal role, you’ll be the backbone of our regulatory services, providing essential administrative support that keeps everything running smoothly. From processing permits and licenses to managing compliance documentation, your work will directly contribute to maintaining high standards and ensuring our community thrives within the rules.
Key Responsibilities | Ngā haepapa matua
Day to day regulatory support for Regulatory Service Teams
Actively ensure that good employer obligations and legislative requirements are fulfilled, particularly in relation to all key relevant legislation
Essential Skills and Experience | Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako
A tertiary qualification is preferred
Experience working in a customer or administrative role is preferred
Experience working in a regulatory environment or the building industry
Knowledge of relevant Regulatory Services Act’s and other relevant legislation
