Tyler Wren is working with a leading global broker to recruit a senior aviation broker into their busy, well-established team.

In delivering expert insurance risk consulting advice and products in aviation, you will be a trusted adviser holding relationships with key decision makers leading the growth, acquisition and renewal for large corporate clients across New Zealand, Australia and Asia.

**About the role**:

- Be involved in the development and execution of the strategic business growth plan to meet and exceed targets
- Create, write and construct client proposals and tender submissions, including value-driven presentations to clients
- Relationship development and management of client relationships
- Gather and build knowledge of the client's business and market to deliver first-class advice
- Manage renewals including resolving any client queries
- Key relationships advising on aviation which will undertake risk consulting including writing and presenting client proposals
- Stakeholder engagement cross-selling across the business
- Liaise with team members to build aviation specialist knowledge
- Coaching and mentoring support staff and other team members taking on leadership responsibilities from time to time

**About you**:

- 7 - 10 years of experience in corporate and aviation insurance
- Demonstrated ability to develop and manage complex client accounts
- Ability to write tender submissions including presentations to prospective decision-makers
- Senior-level Experience with identifying and generating aswell as negotiating opportunities with key decision-makers
- Hold, work towards or agree to complete the New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services Level 5
