**About the position**
We are seeking an experienced Kaiako to deliver our Te Ara Reo Māori level 1 & 2 programme using our Ako Whakatere methodology and techniques. Teaching involves but is not limited to developing lesson plans, presenting material to tauira and responding to tauira needs and evaluating tauira progress. Rangahau (research) is encouraged for Kaiako delivering this programme.
**About you**
Ideally, you will hold or working towards the following:
- A minimum Diploma (Level 5) qualification in te reo Māori or higher
- NZ Certificate in Adult Tertiary Teaching (Level 5) or equivalent
- Have on line delivery experience
- Full and current NZ Driver Licence
