**About the role**:
Based in Dunedin, our Otago team have an opportunity for an Operations Support Team Leader to join our high performing team. We offer a friendly and inviting team environment with ongoing support provided.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, this is a key role within the Otago Operations Team. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the Dunedin office. Key aspects of this role include stock management; office ordering; recruitment, onboarding our new team members; running toolbox meetings when required to keep the team informed and safe; being the health and safety representative; conducting on-the-job training to keep the team’s knowledge and skills current, and delivering a high level of customer service through face to face interactions, whether its selling our products, booking appointments or attending customer service visits.

You will have a proactive eye for detail, identifying opportunities to enhance our processes and solve problems as they arise. To succeed in this role, we’re looking for someone with:

- Coordinator or Administration experience or similar
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Good written and verbal skills
- Excellent time management
- Excellent customer service and ability to solve problems effectively
- An empathetic and positive nature as well as a good sense of humour
- A commitment to health and safety
