**What you will be doing**

Pegasus Health is looking for a Team Manager to lead, manage, mentor and support teams within the Provider Service teams.

Areas of focus in this role will be to ensure service contracts are managed with an equitable and access focus.

The Provider Services Team Manager will operationalise the strategic direction in conjunction with the Operations Manager, Provider Services. They will provide leadership to the broader service in the absence of the Operations Manager.

The Provider Services Team Manager is also responsible for ensuring that the staff and other resources assigned to the Provider Services effectively and efficiently deliver services to our external providers.

The Provider Services Team Manager will identify and respond to patient, practice & provider needs through their strong relationships, contractual requirements and networks with primary care and wider system providers.

The Provider Services Team consists of Immunisation Co-ordinators, B4 School Check staff and Health Promoters.

This is a part time role and further hours and days can be confirmed upon interview. The role will be based at Pegasus House, Madras Street, however, there may be flexibility to work from home on occasion.
