As our Kaitātari Wheako Employee Experience Analyst you will deliver core work as well as project-based initiatives - day to day you might be delivering regular P&C reporting or responding to ad hoc requests, delving into insights, joining squads on various projects and supporting with process improvements.

**You will have the opportunity to**
- Deliver Z P&C reporting on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis as well as ad-hoc reporting
- Contribute to leadership team and board reporting for the Ampol Group
- Guide remuneration review processes from a data perspective by providing reporting and insights
- Identify and implement improvements and process changes to streamline employee experience
- Partner across the Ampol Group to generate key insights and drive decision making using our people data

**Qualifications**:
**What you’ll bring to Z**
- A love of data and identifying relationships between information and creating insights
- The ability to visualise and clearly present data in a way that makes it easy for even non-technical audiences to understand.
- Strong attention to detail to be able to ensure the quality of data as well as work with volumes of information across multiple systems
- A focus on providing a great service to your customers: our employees across the Group
- A natural organiser able to deliver on tasks and projects, managing your time and coordinating people and resources
- A willingness to learn and to identify and implement improvements
- The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data with discretion and trust

The base salary range for this role is $96,900-$114,000 per annum, plus 15% STI based on company performance, a 5% KiwiSaver employer contribution and health insurance through Southern Cross.
