**We will count on you to**:

- Responsible for servicing a client portfolio of predominantly NZ owned businesses whilst ensuring that our growth targets and service standards are met.
- The preparation of all documentation for clients and insurers.
- Client renewals in accordance with Marsh’s “Client First Principles” to deliver consistent quality service to our Commercial clients.
- Attend and participate in industry and client events to build up a strong professional network, maintain proximity to the relevant market and represent the Company.
- Actively support and collaborate with colleagues at all levels to achieve the best outcomes for our clients and the Company.

**What you need to have**:

- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence in using the Microsoft suite of office products
- Be willing to work towards the completion of qualifications in line with new competency requirements for financial advisors
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

**What makes you stand out**:

- Level 5 Qualifications
- A minimum of 4 years insurance industry experience; preferably broking experience
- Demonstrating a desire to drive the best outcomes for both our Commercial clients and your colleagues
- Being a team player with the ability to contribute and support an inclusive work environment
