HR Coordinator

We’re looking for an enthusiastic HR Coordinator to join our team at Sign In Solutions and support our HR function. Reporting to the People & Culture Lead, you’ll provide administrative and operational support across our global team. This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth delivery of HR services and processes, and offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to develop their HR career.

A hybrid role with a minimum of 3 days a week in our office located on the waterfront in the Tauranga CBD, it is initially for a 6 month fixed term, with the possibility of extension.

**What You Will Be Doing**:

- Ability to organize a people operations function including HR processes and systems across a global organization
- Assisting with employee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring a seamless experience
- Maintaining accurate employee records and documentation
- Organising and standardising Google Drive folders to improve accessibility and efficiency
- Supporting projects that strengthen employee engagement and company culture

**Skills**:

- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Clear and confident communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid administration experience, with strong systems focus
- Ability to pick up new technologies quickly
- Proficiency with Google Suite (HRIS experience is a plus)
- Discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information
