We're looking for an experienced Senior Test Analystbased in Christchurch to support a large ERP migration project, with a strong focus on manual and integration testing across Finance and HR modules. You'll work closely with Business Analysts, developers, project leads and cross functional teams to ensure a smooth, high-quality delivery.

What you'll be doing

  • Lead and execute testing across an ERP migration.
  • Deliver manual functional testing for new and upgraded modules.
  • Own and coordinate integration testing across multiple systems and interfaces.
  • Develop test plans, test cases, scenarios and test data.
  • Support defect triage, documentation, and resolution.
  • Ensure environments, documentation and test artefacts are kept up to date.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality and delivery outcomes.

What you'll bring

  • 5+ years in Test Analyst/Senior Test Analyst roles.
  • Proven experience testing ERP systems (Finance or HR modules essential).
  • Strong background in manual functional and integration testing.
  • Solid understanding of testing methodologies and structured project environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to work effectively across project teams.
  • Flexible, proactive, and comfortable working in large, fast-moving programmes.
