**About you**:

About you:

- Have 2+ years lending experience or operating in a Delegated Lending Authority of $ 25 000 or above
- A deep understanding of financial legislation including CCCFA, Responsible Lending Code and AML.
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic
- Driven and focused to set targets and achieve results in a deadline driven environment.
- Great attention to detail
- Have energy and a customer focus
- Good judgement in making quality decisions affecting multiple stakeholders in a timely manner
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
- Able to adapt to change quickly and thrive in a environment where customer demand is high
- Desire to learn, grow and fast track your career
