**Position Overview**:
As a Systems Engineer specializing in Microsoft Technologies, you will play a vital role in maintaining and optimizing this client’s network infrastructure. Your expertise in LAN and WAN configurations, server administration, and PC troubleshooting will directly impact their client's efficiency and performance. System Engineer’s in this business have pride in delivery and always test to ensure that they have missed nothing and that everyone behaves
as they expect. They strive to deliver the best service by first understanding what the client's needs are, and then delivering the solution using their technical skills.
**Key Skills and Experience**:
Attend various client sites as allocated by the IT Coordinator
Provides expert, friendly and professional services to clients
Performs LAN/WAN/Server/PC work as requested on site
Provide technical advice to clients, Account Managers, Coaching and Management Teams, as required
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain Microsoft-based solutions tailored to our organization's needs.
Assist in planning and executing system upgrades, migrations, and maintenance activities.
Proactively identify opportunities for system improvements and propose solutions to enhance overall efficiency and security.
Document technical processes, procedures, and configurations to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity within the team.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies related to Microsoft systems and networking.
