Job description

We are seeking a passionate, creative and dynamic Field Visual Merchandiser to join Play Retail in Auckland.

You will spend your day out in the field delivering visual merchandising excellence to each of our clients. Some key responsibilities would be;
- Visit key stores, executing visual merchandising in accordance with the global brand directives
- Build and maintain solid relationships with store teams
- Provide in-store education to store teams, coach and develop their VM skills
- Representing client brands and Play Retail’s values in a professional and positive way
- Photographing all work and uploading it into an online app
- Completing online reports to provide our client with valuable market feedback and insights

About You
- Proven minimum of 2 years VM experience in large format multi-branded multi-site retailers with strong communication, and time management skills
- The ability to build and maintain positive relationships with store teams
- The experience to understand retail dynamics and how effective visual merchandising can deliver on business performance
- Be adaptable and flexible with schedule
- Relevant tertiary qualifications - desirable however not essential
- Driver’s license and reliable car
- You are a current resident of New Zealand with rights to work
