We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Visual Merchandiser to join Play Retail working exclusively for our client who is one of the world’s biggest Athleisure & Sportswear Brands. Hint

You will become an integral part of their VM team based mostly in the field and take ownership of the brand’s best presentation across multiple Rebel stores and key accounts across Auckland.

**About the Role**
- Report to VM Team Leader
- Work as part of a winder visual merchandising team of 10, who work exclusively for our clients brand across Australia and New Zealand
- 3-4 days a week visiting Rebel stores and key accounts across Melbourne, executing visual merchandising in accordance with the global brand directive.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with store teams.
- Coach and develop in-store teams on VM standards and best practices.
- Photographing all work and uploading it into an online app.
- Completing online reports to provide our client with valuable market feedback and insights
- Representing client brand and values in a professional and positive way

**About You**
- Proven minimum of 2 years’ experience in retail store Visual Merchandising from multi-site format - Apparel experience is essential, sportswear is an advantage
- Strong communication, and time management skills
- The experience to understand retail dynamics and how effective visual merchandising can deliver on business performance. This is not the role where you will simply be making things pretty.
- Multi-site retail experience
- Be adaptable and flexible with schedule
- Have a reliable smartphone with a great camera, you must be great at taking photos
- Relevant tertiary qualifications - desirable however not essential
- Driver’s License and reliable car
