As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the design of the new website, ensuring that it meets the needs and expectations of our diverse user base.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Conduct user research and develop user personas to inform design decisions
- Create journey maps and wireframes to communicate design concepts and user flows
- Develop high-fidelity prototypes to demonstrate design concepts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop design solutions that meet business and user needs for the Website Redesign
- Write design documentation, including design specifications and style guides
- Ensure design consistency across products and services
- Ensure responsive design and accessibility compliance across all devices and platforms
- Work closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and implementation accuracy
- Right-size design effort based on project scope and business requirements

**What you'll need to bring**:

- At least 5 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer in complex digital environments
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
- Experience with user research, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, and documentation
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, InVision, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present design concepts to cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Experience working in an Agile environment is preferred
- A portfolio that showcases your design work and process
- Experience working in public secotr environments is a plus, but not a requirement
