**Your new role**

You will join the team as a Senior UX/UI Designer, you will bring a strong grasp of the full UX lifecycle from research right they way through to delivery of high quality, fit for purpose web and digital projects. You will be an important stakeholder acting in between users, business groups and the products that are designed around this. You will also have a passion for mentorship to help up skill the team with the great UX skills you bring to a role.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Experience with the full UX Lifecycle from research, prototyping right the way through to design
- Passion and experience to mentor the team around you
- Experience in the New Zealand Government Web accessibility and usability standards
- Experience in vendor and stakeholder management
