**Responsibilities**

As a Site Manager at McMillan & Lockwood, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of commercial construction projects. Key responsibilities include:

- **Project Oversight**: Manage and oversee the construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead and motivate on-site teams, including subcontractors, to achieve project goals and maintain a high standard of quality.
- **Safety Compliance**: Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment for all personnel on-site.
- **Client Communication**: Maintain regular communication with clients, keeping them informed about project progress and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
- **Problem Solving**: Identify and address any issues that may arise during construction, providing effective solutions to keep the project on track.

**Qualifications**:

- Five years of verifiable experience managing sites for commercial building projects.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant degree or certification in construction management or a related field.
